Anxiety and Panic attacks can happen while going through positive or negative situations/changes and sometimes it can help to have someone by your side that can guide you through the panic or anxiety attack so that you can feel relaxed and calm again 🙂
I would like to help you in a soothing, comforting ASMR type way by being kind and gentle to you, comfort you, care for you and guide you through. I based this video on what I feel I need when I get an anxiety attack but of course everyone is different so this might not me the right thing for you.
